Episode 7 - Kim Wall

A murder on a submarine... no, not that one.
 
This murder occurred in 2017 when journalist, Kim Wall, reached out to interview eccentric inventor, Peter Madsen, aboard his custom built submarine. Despite changing his story of the events multiple times, clear evidence that showed his guilt, and law enforcement pushing for a confession, it took three years before Peter fully admitted to murdering Kim Wall.

Episode 6 - Gareth Williams: The Spy in the Bag

This is Kristen's Roman Empire, a death ruled as an accident that reeks of a cover-up. 
The body of MI6 agent Gareth Williams was discovered naked and decomposing in the fetal position padlocked in a duffle bag in the bathtub of his apartment. Despite the coroner's assertion that the death was unlawful, it was ruled as accidental and closed. 
Was it MI6, the KGB, aliens... or was Gareth really just a very capable contortionist and escapologist who had a trick go wrong? You decide!

Episode 5 - Teresita Basa: Voice from the Grave

Have you ever heard of someone solving their own murder? Supposedly, that is what happened in the case of Teresita Basa who was murdered in her home in a seemingly random attack. The murder was bound for a cold case box when Remy Chua, a coworker of Teresita, began 'channeling' her. She indicated that the murderer was still at large and led them to her own murderer.
Was it really a paranormal event? Or was it just a woman scared of the repercussions of accusing a dangerous person? You be the judge!

This week we discuss the case of Lauren Giddings. She was a real life Elle Woods who met an unfortunate end at the hands of a neighbor. 

Episode 3 - Shana Grice

This week we hop across the pond to the UK to cover the case of Shana Grice, a victim of emotional manipulation from an older man that eventually turned violent.
Although Shana's case was mishandled by the police who were assigned, that is not a reflection on every case and please do not let it deter you from reporting!

Episode 2 - Vanessa Guillen

This week we take it to Texas to discuss the case of Vanessa Guillen, #metoo, failures of leadership, and multiple soapbox moments from Kristen.
Vanessa Guillen went missing from her unit building in April of 2020, after a months' long search, her remains were found and the murder case was officially opened. Were it not for the efforts of Vanessa's family, it is unlikely that the investigation would have gone far. Thankfully, they were relentless and their efforts led to the discovery of Vanessa's remains as well as brought to light multiple other cases of missing, murdered, and abused Soldiers on the installation.
